Great experience all round. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in! They are quite... professional and make you feel comfortable at all times. I have been going to Donna Ricci salon from a few years and have also booked them home service. They are well organized with excellent customer service and are quite considerate when it comes to making a good home service for you! They put in enough time and effort into each service be it hairspa, nails, wax, lashes, facial or massage to make you feel relaxed. You’ll definitely step out feeling satisfied by the end results. My favorite salon in Dubai for nail acrylics! I love acrylics and the sound it makes when drumming my nails against a... hard surface, but finding a salon that won’t have me walking out with thick, fake claws is a hit or a miss. This salon gets it right every time! The nails are thin, yet strong. Shaping is great. Staff is super friendly and pleasant - which is very important, since a full set or refill could take up to 2 hours or more.read more

From their attentiveness to detail to their high quality customer service, this salon has earned a new regular... customer! Besides manicures and pedicures, they offer almost everything you can possibly need which saves you trips to multiple salons. The technicians are well trained and spend quality... time with their clients to understand the look you wish to achieve, provide advice on the best styles and length for your eye type and address any questions you have. The salon itself looks very good, all the spaces are very clean and hygienic. All the staff were polite and friendly. From the beginning with booking my lash extensions, the girls were very helpful and attentive. They went above and... beyond to book my appointment and to explain the lash extensions, and where they were located. The lovely girl who lashed me was Adel, she was so friendly and accommodating. She listened to what exactly I wanted and showed her. I left with even better lashes than I had in mind! They also only took 1.5 hours to apply, which is perfect. I did my first eyelash extension a few days ago at Donna Ricci and I really love it. I have wanted for years since I... have short eyelashes. My friend has been using eyelash extensions for six years and she always looks amazing. Many girls have eyelash extensions and that not all eyelashes are the same. I noticed a difference in the quality of lashes and technique, so I chose eyelash extensions like my friend did because she had the best results. Now I don't need eyeliner - they always look light and well done even before you even do anything with your face. The lashes really open my eyes and give me a younger and brighter look. You need take care about lashes so as not sleeping on your stomach and not rubbing your eyes. You also need to be careful with cold and heat, follow the rules of care. But these small inconveniences are far outweighed by the results. Of course, you need to be prepared to spend time and money on care. But at the same time it saves time and money for make-up. And you always look beautiful! Thanks to the qualified technician of Donna Ricci!read more

I really was shocked about what happen to me and really am so annoyed of my experience today at the sallon.I used to... visit the sallon more than 5 years back. The first time I visited the sallon 5years ago for eyelashes extensions service i signed an paper that i have no kind of all the materials that they are using. I tried it once and i never stop to go their as from my point of view the products they are using is so good for the eye and skin. However today I visited as usually for the refill and my eyes stars burning me like i have chili inside and begin to cry. After i finish i was so surprised by the technician advising me that this may happen because they have change the glue to another brand. So here i asked for the manager of the place who was really drive me crazy with her bad attitude as if my red eyes only matters money. I told her that it is my right to know if they have change the glue to another brand, so I myself will take the decision either to tale it or not and what she say it is good one but cant see that my eyes turns bloody red and tears is not stopping. At the end she even refuse to give me the owner number to make a complain.read more

Services availed- 5/5 Full body Massage, 5/5 Dermalogica facial, 2/5 hand and foot spa (it was regular mani n pedi not the Spa)5. Staff- 4/5, Everyone was extremely sweet and helpful except for 1 lady who was rude with Everyone for reasons unknown to mankind! Ask for Saly, an extremely gentle and sweet Nepalese girl, she actually went an extra mile!6.Value for money- 3.5/5 Moderately Over priced but understandable due to the prime location and the quality of the products used.7.
